- IMPORTANT: If we don’t have the product you want in stock we will gladly proceed with making you one the moment your payment is received.
- Please allow 3 weeks (21 days) for us to complete your order.
- Delivery cost is not included on the prices of our goods advertised on website.
- We delivery anywhere in South-Africa and we use Aramex couriers.
- Courier cost will be included on your quotation the moment you request for us to deliver your package.
- Not satisfied with your product? We will gladly exchange it for something that will suit you although the item must be returned within seven (7) days after it was received.
- Items will only be exchanged as soon as the first product is received back by us.
- Unfortunately we do not offer free returns regarding courier cost. Shipping for the goods to be send to us and the new goods to be send to you is on your costs.
- Did you receive a faulty product? We are so sorry!! We carefully inspect each item before it leaves our store, but damages can still occur during shipping. Please send a picture of the broken or damaged item to email@example.com and we will arrange an exchange for you.
- Unfortunately we are not yet ready to serve clients outside of South Africa. If you are interested in our products please send us an email with your contact details so the minute this changes, we can notify you!
- We accept payment with Zapper, PayFast and EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer).
